The treatment process for this patient was long, which resulted from her unstable health condition caused by a serious accident, as well as from dental phobia. Although she was afraid of visiting the dentist, she dreamed of beautiful, bright and even teeth. Unfortunately, years of avoiding dental checkups have led to the development of tooth decay and defects in fillings. Although doctors suggested certain treatment methods and tooth reconstruction with implants, the patient did not decide to take these steps.
During the first consultation, a detailed examination of the condition of the teeth was carried out, the occlusal conditions were assessed and the necessary photos and radiological documentation were prepared. Thanks to the support of our experts, including Dr. Tomasz Kuprys, the patient gained self-confidence in the dental office. She agreed to undergo root canal treatment performed by Dr. Urszula Leończak, choosing local anesthesia instead of general anesthesia.
After the teeth were healed, the implementation of the prosthetic goals began. Bridges and ceramic crowns were installed in the jaw, and teeth were reconstructed in the mandible by whitening with a composite using the flow injection technique. The missing teeth were replaced with a ceramic bridge.
