The dream of the patient whose metamorphosis we are presenting was to improve the aesthetics of her front teeth. The discoloration visible on them is the result of root canal treatment from several years ago. After initial diagnosis and computed tomography, it turned out that repeated endodontic treatment and cementation of glass fiber posts were necessary. It was also found necessary to implement physiotherapy and splint therapy.
Then, after analyzing the occlusion, the teeth were rebuilt in the lateral section to obtain a stable bite.
